  • We’re looking for an Account Executive who brings structure, empathy, and clarity to everything they touch.

    You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative team — ensuring that strategy, communication, and execution flow seamlessly. You’ll reengineer timelines, track deliverables, and translate complex ideas into clear next steps.

    • Leading and nurturing client relationships with confidence and empathy.

    • Managing project timelines, milestones, and budgets using productivity tools and other agency systems.

    • Translating creative concepts into clear action plans.

    • Coordinating internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

    • Maintaining consistent client communication and progress reports.

    • Tracking activity and scope alignment for every account.

    • Spotting opportunities to improve outcomes or grow relationships.

    • A confident communicator who’s warm, articulate, and calm under pressure.

    • A natural organizer who thrives on bringing order to creative chaos (Maybe a bit Type A :)

    • Someone who can see both the big picture and the fine detail.

    • Skilled at managing multiple priorities — and multiple personalities.

    • A believer in process, precision, and the power of doing things better.

    • (Bonus) Familiar with creative or marketing agency environments.

  • We’re looking for someone who’s walked the walk.

    • Experience: 2–5 years in account management, project coordination, or marketing. Agency experience is a strong plus.

    • Knowledge: Solid understanding of brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and creative workflows.

    • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience that proves you know your stuff.

    • Bonus Skills:

      • Familiarity with project management software.

      • A love for info-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
